Kevin is a graduate of UNC Charlotte where he earned a degree in education. He received a master’s degree in school administration at Gardner-Webb University in 2009. Kevin previously worked as a school principal for 3 years before partnering with Robin at Senter & Co. He attended Superior School of Real Estate to become a licensed real estate broker to expand his services for the team.
Kevin's leadership experiences, organization skills and attention to details serves as a vital part of the refined real estate experience that our clients receive when working with Senter & Co.
As the Director of Operations Kevin ensures that our clients’ needs are met through the coordination of all contract to close procedures along with managing the day-to-day operations of the team, property marketing, and investor relations. He enjoys assisting buyers find a home that they love and a home that is a solid investment for their family. When selling your home it is always Kevin’s goal to get you the best market value possible!
Kevin was named as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents by Real Estate Executive Magazine and works as a broker for the Hometown Heroes program. He and his wife also invest in thier community through a program that they started call Commissions for Classrooms. They donate back to area schools as part of a referral program and sposnor a Teacher of the Month Award.
