Kathi has worked in the real estate industry since 1981 and began originating mortgage loans in 1987. Her years of experience and industry knowledge are invaluable to clients, especially when unexpected issues arise and she has the expertise to help resolve them.

Born in Phoenix, Kathi has lived in the Portland area since her first year of life. She and her husband of many years, Mike, currently live in Oregon City. They have two grown children and one grandchild. Kathi likes the outdoors, animals, exercise, fast cars, motorcycles, reading, amusement park rides, laughing, and being with people.
