Working as a full-time Realtor since 1993 has given me a wealth of experience that I use to provide excellent service to my clients. Whether you are buying or selling, my goal is to help you reach your goal. Paying attention to your wants and needs allows us to find the right home, in the right area, at the right price. All along the way, I will be your advocate.
With me as your agent, you will see only homes that fit your wants and needs. My strong negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of the local market will benefit you throughout the process. From making the right offer, to getting repairs done, I stay on top of all the details involved in buying or selling a home, so you don’t have to. Communication is key and a top priority for me and my service team. My team includes loan officers, title companies, inspection companies, repairmen, and more.
I have helped more than 500 families with their home purchase or sale! With much of my business repeat and referral, this means I have worked all over Dallas Fort Worth. My geographical areas of expertise are Lewisville (master planned community of Castle Hills), Frisco, Carrollton, Plano, Flower Mound, Allen, McKinney, Little Elm, and The Colony. I also work in Prosper, Celina, along the US380 corridor.
I offer expertise in new construction as well as the existing home market! Builders that I have worked with include Huntington, Highland, Horizon, Drees, David Weekley, American Legend, Darling, Grand, Lennar and many others.
My BBA business degree is from The University of Texas. My degree was Petroleum Land Management, oil and gas leasing industry. I did not end up working as a landman, but my degree came in handy when I decided to become a Realtor later in life.
After college, I moved to Hawaii for two years, working in advertising and magazine publishing. When I moved back to Dallas, I operated a Video Recording company, specializing in recording depositions and weddings. Recently, I co-owned and operated a winery here in town. What a learning experience! We didn’t grow grapes, but did make some mighty fine wine. Other than that, all real estate, all the time.
I have one lovely daughter, Rachel. It was just her and I for many years, and she is the light of my life. When she was only 6, I decided to become a Realtor. Since I was a single mother, I needed the flexibility to be wherever she needed me, whenever she needed me. Now, many years later, Rachel now works as an attorney in Denton and is married to a good man. God has blessed us.
My dear sweet mom is still with us, but she does have Alzheimer’s decease. Anyone that has experienced this knows how my unusual and strange life has been since she was diagnosed in 2011.
For fun, I love to spend time with family or friends eating great food, drinking wine or beer, playing cards or board games, seeing movies, or attending live events.
Favorite thing to do: Travel. Sightseeing in Spain and Italy, zip lining in the Bahamas, salmon fishing and camping in Alaska, tanning in Jamaica, snuba diving in Maui. So much more to see and do…
Causes close to my heart: Alzheimer’s Organization, American Cancer Society, American Leukemia Society, Aim for Melanoma
