Hello, I’m Susan McVicar. I’ve been in Real Estate since 2005 and would like to become your full service real estate agent specializing in the Hwy 50 communities from Folsom up through El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Placerville, El Dorado, Diamond Springs and up into Camino and Pollock Pines. It is my goal is to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.
I grew up here in Placerville and was active in community activies such as 4-H and sports. After living in other states, including Idaho, Virginia, Hawaii, and after living in the Bay Area, I was happy to come back to Placerville. Although I have traveled both nationally and internationally, I consider this community an excellent place to reside and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. Before I became a realtor, I was a teacher and taught Math and Science to middle school kids.
I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you. Because of this level of service, I have been the top producing agent in my office since 2008 and a Top Achiever in the county since 2007. I have received several company service awards and last year was named at one of the top agents in the Sacramento area in service and overall satisfaction.
