Rather you want to buy or sell a property, it is difficult to understand where the market is in October 2018. In Pittsburgh we know the economic landscape is changing due to many high tech companies, hospitals, research facilities, quality education and development of new products.  Add that to the "foodie culture" and magnificent restaurants--how could the area not be changing?
