Kim Billing is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents in the Tri-State area and has served her clients in the real estate industry for over twenty years, averaging a minimum of 25 closed transactions per year. Most recently Kim completed the required hours necessary to receive her Brokers license.

She is one of few Realtors in the nation to hold the professional designation "GRI" (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the prestigious designation of "CRS" (Certified Residential Specialist). The CRS designation is awarded only to residential real estate associates who complete strict educational requirements combined with experience and sales results.

Kim was presented with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors successful agents who have earned more than $1 million in commissions during their careers with the company.

Kim received the prestigious GREEN designation after completing 18 hours of course work designed for Realtors. More specifically, she was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, and helping consumers see a property's green potential. As a Nar green designee Kim has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to become a trusted green resource.

Kim received the coveted Accredited Buyer Representative designation "ABR" This designation administered by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) places her "out in the front" in the fast growing field of buyer representation.

Kim's in depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing,

Kim is a Realtor member in good standing of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and received the platinum level award from her local Anderon Ephianon Society. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
