Deanna was an awesome adviser through the home sale process in Pittsburgh. Her patience and guidance helped us find the perfect neighborhood and home. Didn’t know the area, came from another state where the market was very different. Learned that because of all the great Greater Pittsburgh options that there is a science and art to understanding pricing in the submarkets, even for the locals. Matching homes to people beyond the price is something I saw you excel at after looking south, north, this county, that township, etc etc etc. You made a customer for life!

Deanna was extremely detailed and knowledgeable. She kept me in the loop and answered all my questions before I had them. Not only did Deanna break down the entire process of selling my house date by date, she also gave me reminders consistently. She offered great suggestions to maximize my homes value right from the start and worked tirelessly day by day to get every offer she could. Most importantly I always felt like she was on my side and working for me! I have already recommended her to my friends and family and will continue to do so.
