College and his work experience allowed him to move to and live in many different locations and climates. He has lived in Rochester, NY; Chicago, Ill; Dallas, Texas; Santa Barbara, California, Washington, D.C.; Madison, NJ; Wilmington, DE and now Rehoboth Beach, DE. He is now back living in Paradise on Earth (as his dad used to call Delaware). David works very hard to make sure he understands what you are looking for in lifestyle and budget. Nancy Lurty

Nancy grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut and has also lived in Pittsburgh,PA and Walnut Creek, California before she met David.
After college she and David got married and began the life of corporate moves and raising a family. It was in Bedford, Texas (just outside of Dallas) that Nancy started her real estate career in 1984. She quickly became a Top Producing real estate agent. Then the family moved to southern California and Nancy restarted her real estate career in California, quickly becoming a Top Producer again. When they decided that Delaware was the place to be, Nancy restarted her real estate business again in 2001 and convinced David to join her full time in 2002. As a team they have been Top Producers always focusing on their clients and what they want and what would make them happy. Nancy and David and the team specialize in properties in and near the resort towns of Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Millsboro, Milton, Bethany Beach, and Fenwick Island, Delaware. Their objective is to provide exceptional, unmatched service by helping all of their clients find the perfect house or lot, or sell their property in an environment that is stress free and enjoyable.
