After 37 successful years as a secondary educator, Ken began a second career as a real estate broker. He began Cardinal Realty and Associates in 2008 and has enjoyed cutlivating professional relationships with his clients ever since. Ken specializes in residential sales representing buyers and sellers in the Central Indiana area. Ken's motto is "Everything I touch turns to Sold".

Ken earned a B.S. in Business and Economics from Ball State University and has two Master Degrees from Butler University.  In addition to his formal education, he continues to learn as he encounters new and exciting issues that come up with many transactions.  He enjoys meeting and working with new clients both first time homeowners and second or third timers.  He also works with several investors in the Central Indiana area.
