As a 4th generation San Antonio native, Kerri has extensive knowledge of San Antonio and its evolution over the last four decades. Kerri comes from a real estate family. Her mother, Janis Morgan, is one of the four owners of Keller Williams Legacy and a long-time top producing agent in the city.
Kerri’s pursuit of higher education led her to the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, where she earned a BBA in Finance with Honors in 1995.
Upon graduating from UT Austin, Kerri spent 8 ½ years in commercial banking lending and sales for Wells Fargo Bank in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Kerri and her husband returned to San Antonio in 2003. She obtained her Texas real estate license in 2007 and joined her mother’s team at Keller Williams Legacy.
Kerri prides herself on exceptional service, knowledge of the local market and education options, and strong negotiation skills. She is comfortable working with clients of all ages, professions, and personalities whether buying, selling, or investing.
Having used private, public, and charter education options for her own children over the years, Kerri is well poised to help advise clients on school choices and the ever-changing education landscape in the city.
Kerri loves San Antonio and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge of the city with newcomers. Her goal in every transaction is to make the process seamless, stress-free, and hopefully even fun!
