I believe that one of the key elements sellers and buyers should expect from their realtor is excellence in service and a quick response time. In over 17 years in the real estate profession, I have developed a reputation for giving a high level of service, quick response time and great attention to detail. I feel that my success as a consistent multi-million dollar producer is because of these qualities. I receive many referrals and repeat business from clients, customers and attorneys and lenders who work with me. During every phase of a sales transaction, my buyers and sellers are fully guided and informed each step of the way. My goal is to provide the highest level of assistance and professionalism insuring transactions that are seamless as your success is my success. My working motto is "Communication is Key" and I believe that wholeheartedly.
My many testimonials attest to my high service level. I've been honored to receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award in Rhode Island Monthly magazine six times. This award is given to a select group, and goes to less than 7 percent of real estate agents. On a personal note, I love meeting people and derive a great deal of satisfaction in sharing my expertise with buyers and sellers. I've been licensed as a real estate salesperson since 1999. Prior to that, I lived in Washington, DC where I managed a real estate law firm. I am married to local attorney, Terry Simpson. We have a son, Chris, who is a 2008 Princeton graduate, who has opened a local community theater, called The Contemporary Theater Company, on which I am a board member. My hobbies include photography, filming and editing video, and anything techie, quilting, "sous vide" cooking and playing with my beloved White Westie, Maggie Simpson.
