Profile

With over 23 years with RE/MAX and 13 years selling real estate I have a broad knowledge of the industry.  I work as a buyers agent and as a listing agent and believe this gives me the perspective that is beneficial to each.  I have worked with numerous relocation companies helping their clients buy and sell.  I am a Realtor which means I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and am held by a code of ethics.  With that I have a fiduciary duty to my clients and always have their best interests in mind.

Experience

RE/MAX International - Denver CO 1993  — 2003

Held many positions from warehouse to regional services.  In regional services I was the liaison between the RE/MAX offices in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada and corporate.  I helped the offices and agents with their business.  I was also the technology trainer for all of the company owned regions for 3 years.

RE/MAX Alliance DTC - Greenwood Village CO Realtor 2003 - Present 

In 2003 I found what I was born to do and I will never do anything else.  I help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.  I have consistently been a top producer every year I have been selling.  In 2010 I achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and I have been a Five Star Real Estate Agent for the past 8 years. I am most proud of this achievement because the award is founded on nominations by clients I helped that year and their high levels of client satisfaction.

I am skilled at marketing, negotiating, communication and managing the entire transaction process.  No two real estate transactions are the same and that is why over 23 years in real estate is beneficial. I try to for see issues before they pop up and head them off.  I have also aligned myself with great resources from mortgage professionals to home stagers.
