Wendy Schwartz has been helping Buyers and Sellers since 2003. A lifelong resident of North West Philadelphia and its suburbs, she received her BA from Clark University in International Development and Geography and her MSW from the University of Denver. She uses the systems of social work everyday in her business, integrating the real estate process on an emotional, spiritual and intellectual level. Her honest and agile approach to real estate helps her clients achieve their goals quickly by teaching buyers to navigate through house selection and inspections while preparing and staging houses for the market, all with the goal to facilitate a smooth settlement.
