Born in Niagara Falls, New York and raised in Briarcliff Manor, New York, Katie started making her way south when she was in college. She attended Auburn University and earned a degree in marketing. While attending Auburn and rooting for the tigers (WAR EAGLE!) she met her husband, Mike. Katie continued to make her way south, and ended up in Naples, Florida. While in Naples Katie became a licensed realtor where she was the rental manager and sales associate at Price Realty. After many years in Naples, Katie, her husband, and three children (Greg, Chris, and Lauren) moved a bit north and settled in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. She has been a member of the Leslie Wells Realty team for the past 8 years. Over the past 32 years she has prided herself on having the persistence and patience to put together some of the tougher real estate challenges. Katie loves to work with first time home buyers, and families relocating to the area. Real Estate is truly her passion, and her marketing degree from Auburn allows her to have an eye for detail that any home buyer or seller needs.
Cool Fact: Katie’s son Chris is the founder of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, being the first video who connected the challenge to ALS and started the snowball of a phenomenon.
