Secondly, I have over twenty five year’s experience as a contractor where I have bought fixed and sold over twenty houses for profit. Buying and fixing properties for profit is still one of my passions to this day. My experience with home remodeling and buying and fixing homes for profit has been extremely valuable in teaching me what a well-built home is all about, as well as, what amenities buyers and sellers need to have in order for their home to sell in any market.

Thirdly, when helping buyers and sellers I have three key benchmarks that I stand for in each and every transaction that I am involved with. The three key benchmarks that I stand for are:

It is my goal that at the end of every real estate transaction I complete, each and every one of my clients would say I met my three benchmarks and they would happily recommend me to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
