Kathleen D. Carbone, LLC., presently of Michael Saunders & Company in Sarasota County and previously in Connecticut for five years, has proven herself as a top producer in her career for twenty-three years.
Her commitment to the highest values in her practice was recognized with an appointment to the Sarasota/Manatee Board of Realtor’s Professional Standards and Ethics Committee, on which she has served ten consecutive years. For ten years, she has been recognized as a 5-star leader in her field. Also, her peers in her office awarded her the John McMahon Award for knowledge and willingness to help existing professionals and mentor new agents.
Her successes in listings and sales extend geographically from Ellenton to Manasota Key assisting with transactions in all financial and demographic markets including land, condos, beachfront properties, golf communities, single family homes, villas and new construction.
Prior to dedicating her professional life to real estate, she was a respected educator and coach of Connecticut state championship teams in tennis and volleyball.
She serves on the boards of directors for GREEN and Diversity: The Voices of Sarasota and as a volunteer at First Step Drug Addiction and Treatment Center as a baby rocker assisting with new mothers in their recovery.
She expects to have many years of helping buyers and sellers as she has parents alive and well at ages 93 and 96. She also enjoys spending time with her four sisters and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Her time off includes motorhoming, cruising, singing and golfing.
