Led by Mike Luntz and Amy Ameling, both lifelong residents of St. Louis, The Mike Luntz Team has been involved in over 1,000 Real Estate Transactions with over 20 years of experience selling homes in St Louis. They have extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and schools and have a great understanding of all of the unique areas and amenities that St Louis has to offer. Mike & Amy have experience working with Sellers and Buyers including vast knowledge in New Construction, Relocation, First Time Buying, Clients moving up or downsizing as well as working with Distressed Properties such as Short Sales and Foreclosures.
Mike has lived in both St. Louis County and St Charles County his entire life, with the exception of the time he spent in Western Missouri during college. He is heavily involved in the community and has a background in Human Resources, Business Development and Recruiting for over 10 years prior to his Real Estate Career. Mike also has a background in Home Financing which gives him a solid understanding of all aspects of a Real Estate Transaction. Mike has a passion for Real Estate and puts his focus on his clients first. Mike has been recognized by St Louis Magazine for 9 years in a row as “Best in Client Satisfaction” and takes great pride in developing lasting relationships with his clients. He and his wife Courtney have 3 kids, Morgan, Katie & Ryan and stay busy coaching youth sports and volunteering at school events.
Amy has lived in St Louis her entire life including her college years at Webster University. Her experience started in New Construction were she was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the builder because of her wonderful successes her first year. She continued to work in new construction for years selling everything from luxury custom homes to lofts and condos. Amy has been in the real estate business since 2002 and has worked with Mike for over 8 years. She prides herself on customer service and leading her clients into the best investment and home for their needs. Amy also was recognized by the St Louis Magazine as “Best in Customer Satisfaction” for the last 6 years. Her goal is to make sure each and every client is a client for life because she made the process enjoyable and seamless.
The Mike Luntz Team is the St Louis affiliate for a National Organization called HOMES FOR HEROES. They have been instrumental in launching this program in St Louis and give back to local heroes in the community who are Teachers, Firefighters, Police, Medical Professionals, Military (Active & Veteran) and EMT when those people are Selling or Buying a home.
