Since 1993, Mark McNitt has been a full time, top producing residential Realtor with Bernstein Realty in Houston. From the very beginning of his career as a Realtor in the Houston real estate market, hard work, creative marketing and attention to detail have been Mark's trademark. Because of this, Mark has received the company's Top Producer award winner four times (most recent 2011) averaging over 30 sale transactions a year. He serves on Bernstein Realty's advisory board and also served as the companies Relocation Director in the early 90's.
Mark has always had a focus on business as he received his BA degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 1989. After becoming a full-time Realtor, he quickly earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. Special training to assist Buyer's and their specific needs during the home purchase.
Sellers and relocation companies for years have called on Mark to be of service with the selling of their homes all over the Houston area.
