Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, market knowledge, technology, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, in-depth community knowledge and a high-quality professional network; all of which are hallmarks of how I conduct my real estate business.
That said, in my experience as the Texas broker for Lake Homes Realty, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to the buyer's or the seller's needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Background
West Texas born, graduated from Western Texas College in Snyder with an associate's degree in agriculture business, moving on to Texas A&M at College Station with a degree in agriculture business. Licensed Texas broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2005; member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Austin Association of Realtors and the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors.
I'm very active with Special Olympics Texas and past president and lifetime honorary board member for the Raj Hope Foundation, which is an organization that supports children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education and recreation.
I'm a life member of the Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo, Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Lifetime Committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo with over 25 years of service, also have served as president and vice president of our local FFA Booster Club, and very active with the Montgomery County 4-H for many years as a project leader and financial board director.
