A Seattle native, Tony has unsurpassed knowledge of the local market which enables him to instinctively match clients with their ideal properties. He navigates even the most challenging situations using his experience as a skilled negotiator, while always listening and keeping his client's interests top of mind.
Tony began selling real estate on the Gold Coast of Oahu. He then became Sales Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Resorts, Hawaii and in opening two luxury hotels, embraced the highest level of personal service. Later, as the Founder of Underfeet, Inc., he successfully managed construction projects throughout the Puget Sound Region.
Whether buying, selling or repositioning properties, Tony uses his unique experience in creative marketing, sales and construction to assist clients in having enjoyable and successful real estate ventures.
Marisa Callaghan
Marisa is a native of Southern California, grew up around the modern homes and craftsman dwellings of the L.A. and Laguna Beach areas. Her father was a real estate broker in Southern California during the 80’s and it was always a dream of hers to help others become homeowners. Working in hospitality, Marisa also developed a strong interest in delivering world class customer service to her guests and employs this same approach in her real estate business.
A resident of Seattle since 2007, Marisa has assisted TandM's clients buy and sell homes in and around Seattle since 2009. She holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from UCLA and has over 12 years experience in sales and marketing for companies like Condé Nast, Penguin Group (USA), The Fairmont Olympic Hotel and Starwood.
