PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Todd Young
www.caliberhomeloans.com/tyoung
A financial service professional in my 3rd decade. I retired in early 2016
following a very rewarding banking career to specifically seek a
company with a national presence offering all mortgage
products utilizing the technology that makes ease of use viable
in this industry. In addition I specifically desired to be in a “Non-
Depository” mortgage company that could service the client and
the loan file over the span of the loan relationship. Caliber (as
we refer to our company) meets those basic needs and more.
Since we are a mortgage bank verses a depository bank, I will
not solicit for other account types like credit cards, car loans,
checking or savings accounts. I simple provide mortgages for
you to make a home. We are also not a broker who sells your
account off repeatedly. Unless you choose a specialty product,
we keep you as a client for the time you have the mortgage and
hopefully to earn referrals to your friends, neighbors and family.
There are differences in mortgage providers. We offer:
Conventional FHA/USA/VA Jumbo Portfolio And both 203(k) &
Conventional Rehab loans. We provide Purchase and Refinance
options. I am so proud to be a specially trained Veteran and
Active Duty VA Lender. "Know what is right, Want what is right, Do
what is right".....
