I began a real estate career in 1995 after moving back to Delaware as a single parent with two young children. After working as a Real Estate Coordinator in a law office in Georgetown, I then worked with a top real estate agent in Bethany Beach. This was an invaluable experience working for an agent who consistently out produced other agents year after year. The details of marketing and maintaining a listing and the process of taking a sales contract to closing were much of my responsibility. After marrying in 2010, I decided to dedicate my efforts to my husband and his (our) grandson, Christopher, who was only 7 at the time, with no regrets.
Back in real estate, I know from past experiences that honesty, integrity, and professionalism are what clients are looking for when they make one of the most important decisions of their lifetime. Listening to and understanding each unique situation is the first step. Traversing the complex process of the real estate transaction is the next. But seeing it through successfully from beginning to end is my commitment.
