Professional Approach
Chris believes long-term client relationships are built on trust and consistent communication. By offering customized investment models, focusing on the client, and utilizing top technologies, Chris works with dedication to help his clients pursue their financial goals.
A graduate of the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, Chris is a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®). This professional designation indicates a financial advisor has completed extensive coursework in wealth management, insurance, financial planning, estate planning, and income taxation. Chris holds his Series 66 and Series 7.
Chris began building his practice at Mass Mutual in 2007 before moving to his present broker-dealer, Securities America, in 2011. In 2015, Chris was appointed to the Howard County Housing Commission by the Howard County Executive. Chris has served on the Marketing Committee of the Howard County Economic Development Authority, the Turf Valley Men’s Golf Association board, and the Trinity School Board of Trustees, and is currently a member of the Young Professionals of Howard County and the Howard County Professional Alliance.
In 2018, Chris was named a Five Star Wealth Manager and was featured in both Baltimore Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. This award recognizes top wealth advisors in the United States, and measures several important indicators including client satisfaction and industry achievement.
Chris resides in western Howard County with his wife, Nicole, daughter, Madison, and son, Austin. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing competitive golf, traveling, and following the Terps.
