Julie came to Texas in 1973 and she attended the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a bachelor’s degree in Math/Computer Science. She has 2 adult children; her daughter (married with two beautiful daughters) who graduated from Oklahoma State University, working in the tech industry in Austin TX and her son (also married) who received an appointment and graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy with a degree in Marine Nuclear Engineering and now working for a major airline.
