On a personal note, Annette is married to Marc Rubin, owner of Gibraltor Electric Co., a local contracting company. They are both long-time residents of Bayonne, and together they have four sons and one granddaughter. "It gets pretty hectic having two business owners in the family" she jokes. But they both still make time for community service through involvement in the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce.
