Professional Approach

Mike is a seasoned financial advisor and business professional with more than three decades of experience. He founded Sunodia Capital Management in 2023 to provide hands-on financial guidance for busy professionals and their families.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University. He worked for The Coca-Cola Company for 20 years, starting as a summer intern in 1985, leading to an extensive international business career. This experience taught him the value of a disciplined approach and a customized solution for the unique needs of each situation. It also taught him the importance of having a dependable financial advisor. Mike relied heavily on his financial advisor during this stage in his career, which involved frequent international travel and a demanding work schedule.

In 2005, Mike joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, bringing a unique business perspective to the role. Over eight years, he rose to Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor. This was possible due to the trust and confidence of his clients, to whom he is forever grateful. In 2013, Praxis Financial Partners was created to serve clients better and independently control the planning process and the experience.

Mike is a CFP® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., a CIMA® professional specializing in investment management consulting, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®). In addition, he is Series 7 and 66 registered and holds insurance licenses for life/health and variable products.

He lives in Peachtree Corners with his twin daughters and three rescued dogs. They enjoy active outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time together.

Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
