Lynn Stallings is a relationship-driven professional with high attention to detail and works diligently to ensure a positive outcome for her clients. In my experience, having worked with her on multiple listings, her outstanding strengths separate her from other agents. Integrity: To be honest, the home sales were due to tragic events which were extremely emotional and stressful. Lynn had to deal with a number of issues that were truly beyond the usual domain of a realtor. While the emotional situation could have easily derailed most sales she handled each extremely well. If anything, she dug in deeper, worked harder, and placed my interests and needs before her own. In fact, many times she was my agent, support system, and the strength to carry me through.

Emotional IQ: As she places honesty and authenticity above all else, it is no surprise that she can be
tough as nails when needed. She can read people extremely well, which yielded better than expected returns when we negotiated with buyers. However, she also knows when to bow out. When good offers started looking like inevitable losing situations, Lynn tactfully avoided allowing negative, losing negotiations to continue.

Patience: As mentioned earlier, these were no typical home sales. Nor was I a typical seller. Lynn never let the fact that I wasn’t a typical clientele deter her from seeing me through several listings nor did it once affect her promise to represent my interests above all else. She spent an amazing amount of time helping me prepare the homes. She cleaned, she staged and most of all she calmed me through many storms. Without her, I have no doubt that I would have lost large sums of money just to not have to deal with liquidating the properties..

Professionalism: Lynn is old school but in the new school kind of way. For example, even though she works through email, text, and over her phone (she has it on her ALL THE TIME), she made it a point to leave time to speak face to face. Often over coffee lunch, SHE bought. I am not used to that type of genuine generosity or that type of personal commitment from anyone I have hired for any professional services. Obviously, that's not why you would choose to go with a realtor. The point is that Lynn is a relationship-driven professional. This is an obvious benefit because people love working with her. And due to her wealth of experience, her network is extremely strong.. You want a realtor with a strong network
and interpersonal skills... that's Lynn.

Lynn listed our home and went over and beyond! An absolutely amazing and truly caring person. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Her knowledge and professionalism cannot be beaten.
