As I enter my 30th year as a Realtor, I am always learning new things about my businesss! Aside from all the technological advancements (when I started out, having a phone in your car was a big deal and GPS was a pipedream) and adapting to changing and evolving rules and regulations in how business is being done in 2020, the most important thing I've learned is how best to quickly assess what the buyers and sellers I work with need from me (and, equally important, what they DON'T need) and how to adapt and provide the best real estate experience for each person or entity I work with. Everyone has different communication styles, and being both responsive and clear in my communication is more important than ever.
Moving your principal residence or buying or selling investment property is not something people generally do for fun. A large part of my expertise lies in recognizing the factors that lead these decisions, be they personal, familial, financial, or situational and tailoring my service to best address the need.
My goal is always to make the process of buying or selling as stress free as possible. We all have plenty of stress in our lives without your real estate transaction adding to it.
