The experience of selling our home with Kris (and Heidi, her team member) was literally perfect. We were blown away from our first meeting with her, where she had a full notebook prepared with several very good comps, as well as a range of listing options for our home (depending on how aggressive we wanted to be). She also let us know that depending on how we liked to do things, she was willing to essentially do anything that needed to be done and just take all the ownership of those items (such as repairs, touch-up, etc.). We ended up taking her up on her offer and when all was said and done she handled: painting, carpet replacement, staging, cleaning, repairs, photos, and more! We barely needed to lift a finger. We have already recommended Kris, first to our brother, who wasn't quite ready to buy. She was gracious and continued to send information for him. We are very comfortable and confident we will recommend Kris in the future. We started working with Kris in September,2014. We live in Kona, Hawaii and we wanted a ranch style home in Bonnie Lake, Washington. We were very specific about location on Lake Tapps. All of our communication was by phone, text, and email. Kris concentrated on finding listing at our location, while we were in Hawaii looking at Zillow for listings. Kris followed up on each one of our "finds". She reviewed and personally worked through several properties. Kris took many pictures sending them to us for our review. She gave us her sincere and experienced opinions, while always letting us come to our own conclusions. Eventually we found a house going to auction. While this house was not available for access or pictures we were willing to take a chance. Kris gathered all the information she could and we decided to try it. Three auction times were cancelled at the last minute, Kris stayed positive even after standing in the cold waiting only to have the property cancelled again. We kept looking and found another house only to find out it was a short sale. We kept looking and found a Fannie Mae property. That one did not work due to residency requirements. We were disappointed, Kris said "There will be another house, be patient ." Several weeks later in late January, 2015 Kris called to say she found a house for us located where we wanted, in our price range and it was a fixer upper with good bones. That very day she had an appointment for pictures, first day on the market. She sent the pictures, we talked several times that day and we made our offer. After a little dickering back and forth our offer was accepted. Kris had the house inspected while we were on the speaker phone hearing everything the inspector said. Kris then worked with the sellers agents coming to an agreement that was fair to both us and the seller. We are in our house now and we finally were able to meet Kris in August, 2015. We feel we have made a wonderful business contact and hopefully a friend. She continues to help us with builders names, and other contractors. Her recommendations are very valuable to us. Kris Holden is excellent at her job, with her clients you always feel you are important to her too!
