I am an out of state buyer. I originally contacted Mike by phone after reading other positive reviews and was impressed. I explained the type of home I was looking for and Mike responded via email with specific types of properties that met my profile and within my budget. We had further conversations by phone regarding specific areas where we might settle if we purchased a property. Shortly thereafter my wife and I traveled to Delaware and scheduled time with Mike to see many of the properties that were of interest to us. Mike devoted two full days of his time showing properties that we had scheduled to see. As you might guess we had a lot of questions about builders, housing values across the area and the various communities, all new to us. Mike is very patient, knowledgeable and extremely experienced about the various communities and his knowledge was a great comfort to us in understanding the best fit as to where we might ultimately decide to make a purchase. We ultimately did purchase a home from Mike that we felt was the very best possible fit, having met every one of our expectations. Michael is a spectacular agent and individual, I might add. I was looking for a handicapped accessible home and community that accommodates my needs as well as my brothers. And we were looking from out of town. Michael understood exactly what we needed within our price range and flexibly worked with our schedule. He didn’t waste our time showing us inappropriate properties. Due to travel restrictions because of the virus, he even did the walk through for me. I was born in Bethlehem, PA and graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1974. He graduated from West Chester University in 1979 and then attended graduate school at Wilmington College.

Michael has lived and worked in Sussex County, Delaware for more than 42 years.   He is a former schoolteacher and is very familiar with the area's school systems. Having lived in Milford, Milton, and the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach areas, he is very knowledgeable about the developments that encompass these Coastal Delaware towns.
