Nearly lifelong resident of Tacoma Washington’s North End, Damian Floreno values his close-knit community and appreciates the opportunity to serve the neighborhood he grew up in. Over the years, Damian has been fortunate to take on several roles and responsibilities in the home-financing industry, including owning and operating a mortgage brokerage company. Damian is proud to have worked for such great companies over the years and feels honored to have consistantly received the Presidents club award the last decade, as one of the top originators at his company. He also achieved the honor of top wholesale account executive for a previous employer. Over the last ten years Damian has been ranked one of the top loan originators in Washington State as a five star Mortgage Professional as published in Seattle Magazine. With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Damian feels privileged to have helped so many homeowners obtain financing for the home of their dreams.
