About Andy
Andy Fernando has been a loan officer for more than two decades in the South Puget Sound area. He has helped hundreds of families achieve their dream of homeownership across the state of Washington. Andy provides Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Reverse Mortgage financing for people who are purchasing a new home or rental properties for investment purposes, and refinance transactions for both.
As a former instructor for Real Estate Finance to real estate professionals, Andy has a strong belief that everyone should understand the mortgage they are getting. A home is one of the biggest investments and responsibilities a family or individual can have, and making a client comfortable with their home loan is extremely important to him.
