Since 2004, Bill Blanchard has been a Realtor specializing in Residential sales and development. For the last 10 years he has been with Windermere Kirkland. He has lived with his wife Joan in Kirkland for over 25 years. In addition to being on the Kirkland Strategic Housing Committee, Bill is Co-Chair of the Kirkland Association of Neighborhoods (KAN), Chairman of the Big Finn Hill Parks Committee, and board member of the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance in charge of land acquisition. Bill enjoys traveling with his wife, skiing, his three children, two grandchildren and being involved in the community.
