As the founder and President of Prosperity Financial Group, Inc., Elliot has not only built international organizations but also led two companies as CEO before establishing his own firm. Originally from the New Jersey/New York area, Elliot brings his East Coast energy and unwavering passion to his profession and family every day.

Elliot is highly credentialed, holding licenses in securities (Series 7, 24, 55, 63, 65 & 66) through Fortune Financial Services, as well as an insurance license since 1993, representing a range of products and services from the nation’s premier insurance companies.

His practice focuses on the comprehensive needs of today’s entrepreneurs, business owners, and affluent retirees within the Private Client Group. This includes specialized services in estate planning, investment and portfolio planning, college planning, insurance and risk management, and employee benefit planning. 

Over his 30-year career in finance, Elliot has been honored with numerous awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who’s Who in 2020, the Five Star Professional Award in 2016, 2020, and 2023, and recognition in Who’s Who of Professionals in 2000 and 2007. He was also named among the Top 300 Financial Advisors to the Defined Contribution & 401(k) Industry in 2012, honored as the 2003 NRCC Businessman of the Year, and featured in the 2006 Wall Street Journal. Additionally, Elliot received the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal Award in both 2011 and 2012, along with various other prestigious accolades.

Elliot holds a BA in both Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University in New Jersey. His commitment to community service is evident through his active participation on various boards, including The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Diablo Valley, the American Cancer Society of Contra Costa County, and Congregation B’nai Shalom, where he has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars. As President of Prosperity Financial Group, Elliot has led his organization to support numerous charitable initiatives, a reflection of his lifelong dedication to philanthropy.

In 2015, following the tragic loss of his youngest son, Jake, Elliot founded A Brighter Day, a charity dedicated to preventing teen suicide and providing resources for mental health. This cause is close to his heart, and he has been deeply involved in its mission ever since.

Elliot is also the proud father of twin adult children, and two adult stepchildren, a devoted grandfather to his grandson, and a loving husband. Currently, he serves as the President of Prosperity Financial Group and is a Partner at Prosperity Wealth Management.
