About David
Originally from Clifton Park N.Y., I have focused my career on several aspects of the service-oriented business. After receiving my BA in Computer Sciences and Business Administration at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, I went on to earn my MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York, with a major in Marketing and Human Resource Development.
I moved to Naples, Florida, in 1989 and began a publishing business, as well as, buying and selling real estate. I founded 'The Dining & Doing Guide', which published an annual lifestyle guide for Naples, and, as the company grew, added guides for Tin City, 5th Avenue, Fort Myers Beach and Downtown Fort Myers. I sold the publications in 2001. I also operated and was part-owner of Bon Card, Inc., which fabricated and distributed free postcards in wall displays at various businesses around the area. The company also designed and produced custom postcards for companies and individuals – this company is still active but I am not actively engaged with the management.
I also began a marketing consulting career in Naples, working with companies to promote and market their businesses. My services included analyzing all aspects of each client’s business operations – budgets, advertising, human resources, infrastructure, etc
I am now fully committed and engaged in the real estate market and am a full time real estate professional and Broker – I know the market extremely well and will be an asset in your property search.
