As an experienced broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, Wendy understands that buying and selling real estate is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and views representation and guidance of her clients through the process as a true privilege.
Wendy has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She is owner/president at Noonan Appraisal Services, which is a residential real estate appraisal company in the Charlotte Metro Area. Wendy became a realtor/broker to help people make their dreams come true. She takes a personal interest in each of her clients and provides market knowledge and responsive service that is specific to each client.
Wendy works with Molly Zostant, also a Five Star Real Estate Agent award winner, to ensure that all clients needs are being met at all times. As a South Charlotte resident since 1998, Wendy has been an involved member of the community and enjoys volunteering and showing clients the best that Charlotte has to offer.
