I feel very blessed to work in a career I love for the past 22+ years, helping countless people attain the dream of home ownership. It is an honor to help each and every one. I want to thank you for allowing me to play a part in this momentous milestone of your personal journey. Thank you also for your continued support and friendships. I also have, over the years, acquired and retained great relationships with many amazing Realtors, whose friendships and business relationships have become very important to me. I’d like to thank all of them (and all of my referral partners) for having the faith in me that you do, that you put your buyers in my hands – and trust they will be treated with respect and dignity, and equality, regardless of the purchase price or loan amount.
Having been in lending since 2001 – I discovered very early that good communication and superior service are key factors to a successful transaction. Therefore, I make it my objective to be accessible to my borrowers when it is convenient for their schedule. Whether it’s a phone call or an in-person meeting.
I learned the business thinking outside the box – and being creative when necessary. Having learned this way, it comes second nature to me, and is a very valuable tool in today’s ever changing, ever challenging real estate market.
Lastly, I appreciate BECU and all they do for the home buyers / homeowners, members and future members. As a Non-profit Credit Union, our rates are extremely competitive, and our closing costs are 100% third party fees. We don’t add anything to them. (No origination fees, underwriting fees, processing fees) – this makes our closing costs considerably lower than many lenders. In addition, we have a First Time Homebuyers Grant that is available to all first-time homebuyers, (have not owned a home in 3 years or more) based on the median income for the area where they are purchasing.
