Professional Approach

I serve as a wealth advisor primarily to a small group of successful business owners and executive professionals who, among other things, aspire to a work-optional lifestyle.

My team uses a comprehensive process to help our clients address each of their five key concerns:

  • Making smart decisions with their money
  • Mitigating their taxes
  • Taking care of their heirs
  • Making sure their assets are not unjustly taken, and
  • Magnifying their charitable gifts

We work with a network of professional advisors to help our clients maximize the probability of achieving everything important to them.

ABOUT BRIAN

Brian began his career in 2011 at a boutique wealth management firm focused on one product and quickly realized the need for a more comprehensive approach to financial service. He joined New England Financial Group in 2012 to begin building his team and leading his clients with a strategic vision. Since then, Brian has developed a team-based financial planning model, working closely with clients' accountants, attorneys, and insurance agents to implement coordinated solutions and help create financially rewarding outcomes.

"At the end of the day, people who have taken risks and worked hard want to know that every measure is in place to protect and grow what they've built. Everything our team-based model does is predicated on this in order to give clients the confidence that their team of advisors is coordinating on their behalf to create the best possible financial outcomes," says, Waddell.

Brian holds degrees in business management and finance from CCSU, has been appointed with the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation from the American College, and serves as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Additionally, he is an active member of the Metro Harford Alliance and resides on the committee for Sticks for Bricks, a local Habitat for Humanity charity golf tournament.

Brian lives in West Hartford, CT with his daughter Aleksandra, is highly passionate about personal development, and enjoys playing guitar, golfing, hiking, and photography.
