• Sarah was amazing to work with. Being first-time buyers, Sarah was an ideal agent, as she patiently helped my girlfriend and myself navigate the process of finding and buying a condo. After our first offer fell through (due to pending litigation against the building), we were a little discouraged; however, only a few weeks later, she found another condo that we liked even better than the first. We made an offer and closed soon after. Throughout our search, Sarah was honest, responsive, hard-working and super detail-oriented (which we appreciated, as we can be a bit unorganized ourselves). But more importantly, she is a genuinely nice person who is a joy to be around. We consider ourselves lucky to have met and worked with her, and couldn't be happier with her work as our agent.

• Sarah is the best realtor we have ever used. She is excellent in all areas. I have bought and sold 5 homes in the past 20 years so I have lots of experience with realtors. Unfortunately most are not very good. This does NOT apply to Sarah. She is great. She is responsible, she always returns calls, texts, etc. in a timely manner (usually within the hour). She is attentive and will listen to your concerns. She is knowledgeable and works her butt off.

  We had used 3 other realtors before Sarah to sell our house. None of them could sell our house. We kept pulling our house off the market and putting it back on. This went on for 5 months. Then we found Sarah. Our house went on the market in December, two weeks before Christmas -- the worst time of year to sell a house. We had no hopes of getting an offer before weeks or months passed, and we knew the offer would probably be way below asking price. We got 2 offers the first weekend our house was on the market once we listed with Sarah! And one was for full price!

  But that was only the beginning. Sarah was instrumental in ensuring the sale went through. The buyer's realtor was ignorant and not very involved in the process. The buyer was actually calling Sarah for help instead of their own realtor. There were several times during the process that the sale would have fallen through if it were not for Sarah's persistence and quick wits.

  Without reservation we would recommend Sarah Spring Everett if you need a realtor. You will not be disappointed. We love our new home and never plan on moving again but if we ever need the services of a realtor we will call Sarah immediately.
