Then I talk to other agents, they talk to their clients, we agents talk to mortgage brokers, escrow officers, building inspectors, and appraisers. Sometime we talk to county department officials, repairmen, and property managers. My job is to keep you informed and represent your needs- exclusively. I ask questions, initiate conversations, listen, interpret and respond. I keep the process moving on your behalf.

Before entering the real estate profession I had a successful career in senior management, including managing more than 1,000 employees as Vice President of Operations with a Fortune 500 company. My background also includes 15 years of negotiating multi-million dollar promotions and venue contracts with commercial real estate operators and city-owned convention centers. I have been on both sides of the table in negotiations, as a seller and as a buyer. I use my experience to negotiate effectively on your behalf with an eye for detail. In real estate, the difference between a positive and bad experience often times comes down to effective negotiations. I am an effective negotiator. I will negotiate the best terms and conditions without alienating the buyer or the seller or anyone else working to help you succeed.
