PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Beth Anklin Ivey
www.soldwithbeth.com
Born in Syracuse, New York, Beth came to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina as a teen with her family after her father’s airport burned down. A tragic situation turned into a love for the charm you can only find in the South. After graduating from North Mecklenburg High School and Central Piedmont Community College, she launched her real estate career.
Beth has succeeded in just about every facet of the business. She started her career working with first-time buyers, quickly learning how to help them find “the American dream.” She later specialized neighborhood development, designing functional yet beautiful custom-built homes.
Beth lives in Union County and raised two children: Sarah Jane, who is obtaining her Masters in Special Education at UNCC, and Franklin, an NC State graduate and an engineer in Raleigh. She enjoys being with her animals, baking, and photography.
Beth is also passionate about helping Battered Women’s Shelter of Union County and animal shelters. She donates money to Mitey Riders, a non-profit that provides therapeutic horseback lessons to special needs children.
One of Beth’s favorite sales stories is about helping a couple buy each of their four homes as their family grew. And she will be there, too, when they are ready to downsize. Beth’s ability to understand the struggles of both the developer/builder and the buyer/seller will make your transaction run smoothly.
