I have been helping prospective homeowners in the DFW area since 2007 & started this journey in Oklahoma in 1997! I do not believe there is a "One Size Fits All" type of lending; I take pride in offering a personalized approch; asking the deeper questions to get a "Big Picture" of your total finacial situation and ultimate goals for now, later and life! You are not just "another transaction" to me; hence the reason I have had so many repeat customers; referals of family and friends; and professional relationships that I've built that span over 10 years!

Communication is key; so whether it's working with the real estate agents & builders, as well as title companies and insurance companies; we keep the whole team "In The Loop". Weekly followup calls or group emails/texts insure everyone knows what's happening through-out the entire process from pre-approval to close. There are no "surprises" at closing, as you will have known the outcome of the transaction long before you ever sit down and sign the paperwork! Setting expectations properly, as well as taking the time to re-set expectations when needed, is what I believe sets me apart from some many in this market.
I also take pride in the fact that I keep up on the latest changes and trends in the mortgage marketplace. I've been called a "mortgage expert" "FHA Queen" and so many little attributes that simply equate to me putting in the time to KNOW mortgage guidelines inside and out but also how to interpet them effectively to deliver you and your clients "home" The market is ever changing, but the foundation of mortage lending is a basic necessity; and then building on that through the years has helped me save MANY deals from disaster; often times putting a client on the same program they were "denied for" with another lender.
