Every day when I get up, I reflect at how grateful I am to be a real estate agent and get to help so many amazing people find the right place to call home. It is an honor!
After my previous career I decided I needed a change. Several friends suggested real estate as a career option and it was like the clouds parted and the sun came out. What a perfect fit! In my previous career, I was responsible for business and project development and I use those skills every day. Ongoing education is very important to me and I continue to educate myself regularly at classes and seminars to keep pace with the ever-changing real estate marketplace. I am also honored to be able to pass along my knowledge as my office’s new agent liaison, mentoring freshman agents with the patience and encouragement I learned from my parents – both teachers.
I view my role in my partnership with my clients as the leader of a collaborative team. I am there to provide the roadmap and options, but ultimately you are in the driver seat. Working with couples who have disparate expectations can be a challenge, but it is one that I thrive on and I will work with clients until, together, we find just the right place. From helping secure financing through the close of the transaction, I will guide my clients through each step of the process, smoothing the way, remaining flexible, and taking the time to ensure that you have the most successful transaction experience possible. This takes attention to detail and consistent follow up but I am up to the task!
An expert in Home Marketing Strategies, I aim to work with clients to sell their homes at the best price possible while striving to work within the seller’s timeframe. I also have short sale and foreclosure experience and am ready to bring those resources to bear in that type of sale. I also have a good working knowledge of green building and sustainability practices. In addition, I specialize in International Property sales which is near and dear to my heart with Paris as my birthplace and having lived and traveled the world.
Throughout the Puget Sound, I keep a pulse on the markets and neighborhoods. No matter the type of neighborhood, I watch for different searches and offers, researching frequently to establish a deep knowledge base which I utilize to help my clients discover where their offers will be the most successful. I like to go above and beyond for my clients. I hope I have the opportunity to go above and beyond for you!
