Professional Approach

Tim brings over 30 years of financial services expertise to the firm. He started his career as a commercial and investment banker where he worked with businesses to solve complex financial problems. Often these solutions involved coordinating financial, accounting, legal and business strategy expertise. Tim then used those skills to help The ServiceMaster Company with strategic financial planning and capital markets transactions. As a member of ServiceMaster’s 401k oversight committee, Tim became passionate about helping individuals and families prepare for their financial futures.

Since 2007, Tim has worked with high net worth families, helping them make wise financial choices. Tim finds great satisfaction helping clients connect their financial decisions to their personal and family values. He understands that good advice begins with building a relationship founded on trust. Tim loves helping clients succeed while growing friendships along the way.

Tim is a graduate of Wheaton College, where he earned his BA in economics and business, and of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional.

Tim is also a Five Star award winner. Winners must satisfy 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. Candidates also undergo a thorough regulatory and complaint review.

Tim lives in Chicago with his wife, Becky, and is the proud father of two adult daughters, Katie and Amy, who live in the Chicago area. He is active in his church where he has presented financial workshops and mentored young couples.  In addition, Tim serves on the Board of One Collective and is also Past President of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council.
