"Krystyna really hustled to help us get our condominium ready and listed as soon as possible. She gave specific advice on what does and what does not work with sales in the current market (i.e. staging, great photos, excellent web presence, open houses – multiple days – the first weekend of the listing). We took all of her advice. In fact, some other realtors we interviewed said open houses were not effective.

The first weekend of the listing, she held open houses on Saturday and Sunday. Visitors included the standard people who were looking, residents in the condo building, and others.
