Service to his clients is a clear priority for him demonstrated by his commitment to constant communication and the work he puts into negotiating the best deal possible for the buyers and sellers whom he represents. His clients are near and dear to him, almost always becomng close friends.
A Westchester County resident since age 5, Eric currently resides in Briarcliff Manor with his high school sweetheart and wife of twenty-five years, Dawn, and their two children, Julia and Michael. He is a two-time Past President of the Briarcliff Manor Rotary Club, a four-time Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and a former Man of the Year candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, raising over $60,000. He also previously served on the Board of the Pocantico Hills School Foundation (and was President for seven years), is a Founding Member of the Briarcliff Chamber of Commerce, is a Community Advisor for The Gullotta House in Ossining, and is a Board Member for the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps (OVAC).
