Kathleen is a Sr Mortgage Consultant in MA, RI, NH & FL for Fairway Independent Mortgage serves in addition to a traditional residential loan officer as the branch Reverse Mortgage Specialist. She also works as the branch specialist for helping our clients improve their credit and increase their credit scores. Kathleen began her mortgage career in July, 2004 with Sallie Mae home Loans – First Trust Financial Division. She then joined Legacy Mortgage group in April, 2006 until becoming part of Fairway in June, 2010.
After graduating from Marist College in 1995, Kathleen worked in the insurance industry and financial planning for 9 years before becoming a mortgage professional in July of 2004. Kathleen grew up in Stoughton and now resides in Plymouth, MA. Kathleen was a Division 1 swimmer for Marist and is an avid Golfer & Skier. She served for 5 years on the Executive Board of Directors for South Shore Young Professionals, is the past Chair of the Membership and f the Golf Committee. Kathleen served as an Ambassador for the SS Chamber of Commerce for 3 years, on the Women's BOD for both Segregansett CC & Plymouth CC for 2 yrs, as well as on the Plymouth CC Membership & Golf Committees. Kathleen is the past President of The South Shore Business Leaders BNI Chapter of Weymouth. She currently is part of SS Bu$iness Leaders, SS Real Estate Networking, and Plymouth and South Shore Realtors in addition to SSYP.
Kathleen’s promise to all of her customers is to never put them into a loan that does not make financial sense for them. Her goal is to educate her customers on the loan process and make sure they understand everything up front, including all possible closing costs, so there are no surprises. She works with her customers for the long term - as long as it takes for them to find the right home & loan for them.
