Mostly raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Mark returned to Puget Sound in 1981 to attend college as his roots here are deeply established with the Hewitt family having named and founded Everett in the early 1890′s. He attended Bellevue College, University of Washington and later graduated from Western Washington University (WWU) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Business and Economics. Mark continued classes at WWU in Math and Computer Science until he was hired by Naco West and named Junior Vice President in charge of sales. He later took the Law School Admissions Test in anticipation of attending the University of Puget Sound Law School. With the birth of his first child, those plans were put on hold and instead, Mark began a two year career in the construction industry working on homes in Lake Sammamish and Street of Dreams. When Mark left the construction industry, he activated his real estate license and has been a full-time Realtor since 1991.
Mark has been happily married to his wife Pam since 1987 and has three wonderful children; Mark Jr., Matthew and Angelina. He is known as “The Expert” since he has pioneered much of what are industry standards today! Specializing in residential resale, new construction, relocation and condominium sales, Mark has achieved numerous prestigious designations and has been named for the 12th year by Seattle Magazine as Best in Client Satisfaction! He uses his vast knowledge, skill and integrity in representing the best interests of his clients in both purchases and sales. Mark is a member of the Statewide Forms Task Force, he served on the 2015 & 2018 NWMLS Strategic Planning Committee and sits on the Grievance Panel for the Association of Realtors! He has been featured on television and radio, and strives to bring a higher level of professionalism to the industry.
