Since 2003, Kimberly “Kimmy” Kasubke has worked in many capacities within the mortgage industry, on both coasts and within her home state of Colorado. She began her mortgage career as a retail loan processor, before quickly moving into wholesale mortgage lending, climbing from loan setup, inside sales, account management and finally account executive. After leaving the wholesale mortgage channel, she spent five years originating as a top-producing mortgage banker, before making the jump to Platte River Mortgage & Investments in 2018. Kimmy is 100% referral-based from realtors, financial advisors, and satisfied repeat clients. Kimmy originates both purchase and refinance home loans for Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and Down Payment Assistance loans, and is CHFA-certified.

Kimmy grew up in Applewood, Colorado, and resides in Denver to continue enjoying the state’s endless adventures options, craft beer and eclectic music scene. She has a true love for the outdoors and everything active. Kimmy met her husband hiking and got married at 14,360 ft, atop the same mountain on which they met. Always on the go, they chase adventure together with their young son. Kimmy’s other passions are in the nonprofit world, inspired by helping people and fundraising for a worthy cause.
