W. Michael Prendergast, resident of the Southwest Orlando area since 2004, brings to his clients a strong transferable skill set honed in the corporate world and a vast knowledge of the areas he serves. Prior to real estate, Michael held positions as Promotions Manager, International Product Marketing Manager, Director of Sales and Chief Operation Officer / Managing Partner for both best in class consumer Electronics manufacturers and National Retail Chains. In these roles he learned the importance of truly understanding customer’s needs to deliver the right product and the duty to deliver an extraordinary client experience, every time. Michael’s professional accomplishments combined with his Real Estate experience give him unique insight into the buying/selling experience. He looks forward to using those skills to aid his clients with their home journey. Michael currently resides in Windermere with his wife and 2 children. He is active in the community as a Scout Leader, Softball Coach and a proud member of the Orange County Sportsmen’s Association.
